We didn't know what we wanted until we walked into Solid Masonry Homes, by now it was mid 2014. From the moment we walked in we realized this was exactly what we were looking for! The first person we me at display home was Auckland who was not pushy and extremely helpful. He took us through our chosen home and then took us through another to explain demonstrate what was standard. We had already picked out our land and he quickly showed how it could be situated on our block.
We have only just moved into our home and could not be happier, I am so glad that we went with Solid Masonry Homes and would highly recommend them. We finally got our dream home and have (so far) no complaints with regards to the quality and finish. Bricks

Low maintenance - Bricks stay looking great with no painting or other treatments required. They don't fade, and can capably weather even the harshest of environmental conditions.

Blocks

Strength and durability - Concrete blocks are strong, and they can stand the test of time. According to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development's Cement Sustainability Initiative, concrete gets stronger over time and is not weakened by moisture, pests, or mold.

Plaster

Ease of installation - It is much more difficult to render a dry wall smooth. This is not the case with the plastered wall. Also installing plastered walls does not cause nuisance like generation of dust.

Tile

Durability - Ceramic tile is known for its outstanding durability. If tiles are installed properly, they can withstand a great deal of heavy traffic use and will outlast most other flooring materials; with the exception of wooden flooring, which ceramic tiling is on par with. Because of the durability factor, there will be little or no expense involved in future replacement costs.
